Ragasaan and Shirley were more than just caterers throughout our wedding planning, they went above and beyond to enable us to have a smooth-running event that left guests amazed.
From the onset that our wedding would be nothing short of perfect, as Shirley is very meticulous and puts her absolute effort into anything she does! to ensure the highest quality services by co-ordinating the day and ensuring all suppliers and teams involved in the day are brought together to produce a truly spectacular event.
Their food is next to none, delivering high-quality taste with a fine-dining appearance! Their recommendations are not to be ignored if they recommend a certain supplier it is because they have tried and tested them and discovered the supplier’s service matches with the high-standard Ragasaan offers. Co-ordinating an event that will cater to 1,000 guests is no walk in the park, but the staff at Ragasaan are beyond capable.
On the day, everything ran so smoothly and her time management was second to none. Everything was impeccable from the high standard of food and service to the welcoming nature of all of her team. Shirley even went above and beyond to send canapés and champagne to the bridal suite whilst we were getting ready. It's the small touches that Ragasaan never forget to accomplish that put the finishing touches to the day!
They think of every detail and really listen to what it is you want from your event. As the date approaches, they do not hassle you with sorting the small problems, they take charge and fully coordinate your event. The service they provide is impeccable and goes way beyond standard catering services; they are more alike to an event’s organiser than just simply food.
We can't thank Shirley and Ragasaan enough for making our day unbelievably perfect, special, memorable and a day that we will treasure for years to come.

I wanted to say a big thank for all your help and support in making our wedding at Ditton Manor a big success. Rashmi and I were really happy with your service, both with the preparation and on the day.
The guests were raving about the food so please pass on our thanks to the chef's. I believe there was only one hiccup where the kids meals were served to the adults as the waiters/waitresses didn't tell the guests they were for the children, but fortunately you had enough extra supplies to be able to make more.
Please could you also pass on our sincerest thanks to Kiran too. I was a little worried when you said that there was going to be someone else running the show apart from you as we'd never met Kiran but she was absolutely amazing. She made us feel at ease during the reception, she was very attentive to all the details in the plan and she made sure that we tried all the food which was really good as we didn't want to miss out on that!
